Bookings

You can make a reservation using our onlinereservation system or by email.
An online reservation is not final until you have received a confirmation email and the deposit has been paid. If you haven't received a confirmation, please contact us.

Payment

Payment for bookings made through our booking system must be made in advance via iDeal. A reservation is not final until we have received payment.
For companies, we can also prepare an invoice.
At our venue with a bar (Turf ), drinks purchased there can only be paid for by debit card or credit card.
On national holidays a surcharge applies to our games. This is settled automatically in the booking system. We add this because we have to pay our staff 150% on these days.

Parking

Parking is free at all our locations in our parking lots, except at the Torenwachter (there is free parking nearby) and Turf Mijdrecht (maximum 2 hours free with parking disc). Please note that parking is at your own risk.
Parking for the game De Swarte Westenders is at your own risk and depends on the boarding location you choose. Free parking is available at all standard boarding locations we offer, but often there is limited space there

Cancellation

You can cancel and make changes to the booking free of charge up to 4 days in advance. No cancellations or changes can be made within 4 days in advance. Exception to this rule (next point):
If, due to force majeure, 1 (one) less person is able to play (for example, due to illness), the money for this player will be refunded, provided this is notified no later than 2 hours before the booked time.
If the previous point does not apply and fewer people still come than reserved for, no money will be refunded.
Don't show up on the day or arrive late? Or do you cancel within 4 days before your booking? Then we will retain the full deposit.

General

A gamemaster is present at all our games to give hints where needed and keep an eye on you and our safety.
People under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be denied access to the game.
If you arrive late, this lost time will be deducted from your playing time, so be present at least 10 minutes before the reserved time!
With the help of cameras, the game moderator supervises the game. This is for your safety and to make sure everyone follows the rules of the game. These images are not stored.
In case of an emergency, the doors in our games can be opened using special emergency buttons. You are never really locked in any of our games.

Conditions Gold Creek, Lasergamen, Three-Camp, Four-Camp and Gold Creek KidsTurf Aalsmeer)

The minimum age for participation in 'Gold Creek', laser gaming or the various children's parties at this location in Aalsmeer is 8 years. Due to the difficulty of the puzzles, it is important that the children love puzzles.
A maximum of 15 participants may enter per game of "Gold Creek. Are you coming only for laser gaming? Then there is a maximum of 10 participants (but recommended maximum is 8 players).
The minimum number of players for Gold Creek is 4, but you always pay for a minimum of 6.
The minimum number of children for our children's parties Gold Creek Kids, Three-Camp and Four-Camp is 4, but you always pay for a minimum of 6.
Children's parties are designed for children 8 to 14 years old.
Gold Creek lasts 68 minutes (playing time).
Gold Creek Kids lasts 60 minutes (playing time).
The Tri-Camp lasts 45 minutes (game time).
The Four-Camp lasts 60 minutes (game time).
Laser gaming lasts 50 minutes (game time).

Conditions Space Lab, The Kingdom, The Temple of Hunahpu and The FlorinsTurf Mijdrecht)

These games will take place at Turf Mijdrecht, Dorpsstraat 37A in Mijdrecht.
The minimum age for participation in these games is 11 years old if accompanied by at least two adults. The Kingdom may also be played with only children as young as 11 years old.
A maximum of 6 participants may enter each room, but at the Florins we recommend a maximum of 5 participants due to the space available.
All games last a maximum of 60 minutes (play time).

Conditions Trust NobodyTurf Aalsmeer)

Trust Nobody can accommodate from 8 to 48 people.
Packages bronze and silver we play at our location at Oosteinderweg 287f02 in Aalsmeer.
With package gold we also play at other locations in Aalsmeer. This requires your own transportation.
Trust Nobody bronze takes 2.5 hours total.
Trust Nobody silver lasts 3.25 hours total.
Trust Nobody gold lasts 4.5 hours total.
The minimum age for this game is 12 years old.

Conditions Trust NobodyTurf Mijdrecht)

Trust Nobody in Mijdrecht can accommodate from 8 to 40 people.
Trust Nobody Mijdrecht lasts 3 hours.
The minimum age for this game is 12 years old.

Conditions Fort K and Fort Kids (Fort de Kwakel).

Fort K is played with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people at the same time.
Fort K can be played under adult supervision by children as young as 8 years old.
Fort K and Fort Kids last a maximum of 80 minutes (playtime).
Fort Kids can be played unaccompanied by adults by children as young as 10 years old, but beware: it does contain tough puzzles.
Fort Kids is designed for children 8 to 14 years old.

Conditions the Tower Keeper (Aalsmeer Water Tower)

The Tower Keeper may be played by children 12 years old and older, under supervision. Note: this game contains quite tough puzzles and is not designed for children!
The Tower Keeper lasts a maximum of 60 minutes (playtime).
The Tower Keeper is played with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people at the same time.
The tower requires climbing 244 steps, making this game not suitable for people with mobility problems.
It is not necessary to use brute force anywhere in the gaming areas to play the game. Any damage caused by unnecessary use of force will be recovered from the participant.
Access to the gaming areas and playing our games is entirely at your own risk.
We are not responsible for personal belongings and/or any damage caused to them.

Conditions of 'De Swarte Westenders' (Westeinderplassen Aalsmeer)

The Swarte Westenders is played with 2 to a maximum of 8 people at a time. A maximum of 12 people are allowed on board, but be aware that there are only 9 seats and the game is most fun for 4-6 players.
The Swarte Westenders is not designed for children. Under supervision, however, they are allowed on board.
Because this game depends on the availability of a skipper, each booking must first be accepted by Turf. This is followed by a payment link for the full deposit; only once that payment is made is the reservation fixed.
This game will only take place if according to Weeronline.nl it is warmer than 12 °C in Aalsmeer, maximum wind force 4 and a precipitation probability of less than 60%. If it cannot go ahead, the booker will get a refund, can be moved free of charge or, if available, switched to one of our indoor games.
The game takes place in an open boat and the puzzles are relatively difficult. For these 2 reasons, it is not suitable for (very) young children. Boarding is at your own risk.
The Swarte Westenders lasts a maximum of 90 minutes (playing time).

Terms and Conditions for ‘De Zwarte Roos’ (Fort de Kwakel)

The Black Rose is played with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people at the same time.
This game takes place at Fort de Kwakel.
The Black Rose has a running time of up to 80 minutes.

Secrecy

To keep the games and the possible surprises in them fun for subsequent groups as well, we urge participants not to reveal any content about the games.

Processing personal data

When placing a booking we ask for various personal data. We use this information to contact you in case of changes or questions regarding (the payment of) your booking.
The group photo we take of you if you wish, we will only send to the person who booked the game with us. You are free to share the photo on Social Media.
